JRH Posies

Going to experiment with putting newer info up top as of June 17,2018

Good Morning Karan,

Attached are photos of the sandhill lupine seeds I collected yesterday. While checking these seeds I found that the hulls were dry and stiff with some at the base of the plants having already ejected their seeds. I intend to hang on to these seeds and sun dry them a little more. We have been getting rain almost every day and I am afraid of losing the seeds remaining in the wild. While I am sun drying the seeds already collected I will continue to monitor the plants in the wild to see if we can collect a better quality seed from these plants. James H

P.S.I hope we can get these to work out for the Ag station in Tifton.

It is spring at the Plum Orchard in McIntosh County! April 12, 2018
