Ron DeSantis is a Catholic, an authoritarian, who is convinced that while establishments of religion are not to be manipulated by agents of government, ideological organizations are free to manipulate governmental entities, including public education. Fact is there is no respect for human rights in the judicial system and juvenile individuals, younger than age 18 are categorized as property, rather than persons. And, of course, since the primary purpose of government is to protect property and assure future profitability, the welfare of juveniles is of no more concern than preventing the chemical contamination of the nation’s water bodies.
