The impeached Donald John Trump has been charged and convicted of being dishonorable and incompetent to perform the duties of his office.
The Senate is conducting the sentencing phase to determine whether he should be removed from office prematurely—i.e. aborted.
The Speaker of the House has declared that, if two charges are not enough, there is no shortage of impeachable offenses and the House will just charge more. There is no double jeopardy when the only severe penalty is removal from office.
