The Law is Different

The law is different for people who have taken an oath to the Constitution. In doing so, they have surrendered individual personal rights, including the right to speak their minds and the right to engage in self-defense or protection. They have surrendered the right to remain silent except on matters they have been sworn to keep confidential.

Many of our public servants do not seem to understand that, especially those who take the job in the expectation it will immunize them and make them more powerful.

Kavanaugh’s refusal to account for his performance in office is disqualifying. His apparent belief that the state is entitled to order individual lives is perverse.
