The Ohio Secretary of State opined that the third party candidates would not be harmed by a delay in the "recount" because they don't have electors anyway. Perhaps he's got a good point. The people who will be immediately and irrevocably harmed by an inaccurate vote total are the Kerry electors who are supposed to make an informed decision on December 13. They are:
